We began by looking at what food we eat. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
